Couples Massage Classes

Life can be filled with errands, chores, and obligations. Massage class is a great way to slow down and reconnect with your partner and with your own sense of self.

This 90-minute Couples Massage Class is customized to fit the needs of you and your partner. Whether you are more interested in a technical approach, sports massage or a great way to relax and connect, I’ll demonstrate techniques and help guide you both through a fun and easy session.

Each person receives a massage from their partner and learns how to enhance natural abilities to give a relaxing massage. You will learn a few do’s and don’ts, as well as how to adapt several methods for different areas of the body.

You will get an overview of three approaches — including simple, easy-to-apply Swedish massage. Mix and match these at home. They are easily adapted for a bed or blankets on the floor.

Great for birthdays, anniversaries, date night; any special occasion for straight or LGBT couples. Couples Massage Class students also receive a one-time 15% discount for a follow-up individual treatment session.

On the day of your class all you need to bring is you and your massage partner. It is helpful for you to wear loose-fitting clothing because performing massage is a very physical activity. I will provide everything needed including massage cream and music. You are welcome to bring along a favorite CD if you like.

I can schedule the class in my downtown Evanston location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. The price for the class is $130 per couple. That includes any follow-up calls and — should you choose to set up a individual professional massage appointment — 15% off your first session.

Great for individual couples or for small groups of 2 or 3 couples. If you have a small group that is interested in the class I can schedule back-to-back sessions or check into classroom availability for select dates.
